*Active Parishioners are to attend Mass weekly and contribute weekly using parish envelope.
(Must total $300 for the year & will be verified with parish office.)
**Pre-Kindergarten tuition is a separate charge, and students are not included in family rates.

SCRIP, Service Hours, Fundraising Requirements:
SCRIP PROGRAM: Each family is required to purchase enough scrip to profit the school $250 from May 1, 2011 through April 30, 2012. A family who does not purchase enough scrip to profit $250 to the school will be billed the remainder of their balance in May. |
SERVICE HOURS – 40 HOURS PER FAMILY: Service hours period: May 1 through April 30. Hours not completed are billed at $12.00 per hour. Balance will be billed in May. |
2011-2012 FUND RAISING RESPONSIBILITY:
1 child $300.00 (Sell $600) *
2 children $400.00 (Sell $800) **
3 or more children $480.00 (Sell $960) ***
Auction - Each Family is responsible for a $100 donation. Donation may be a $100 value gift, $100 SCRIP card, or $100 cash. The balance of your fundraising obligation may be fulfilled by selling Candy in the Fall or Cookie Dough in the Winter.
Families must sell twice the amount of their fund raising responsibility to fulfill their requirement. Example: If you sell $200 of a fund raising product, your account will be credited $100. Parents who do not wish to participate in fundraisers may pay the amount of their responsibility by:
- Pay in full before September 10, 2011.
- Pay ½ by September 10, 2011 and the balance by January 10, 2012.
- Add the amount to their monthly tuition installment (see options).
- Participate in fundraisers, then pay balance due by April 10, 2012.
